Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Stackwares. Last updated August 2026.

Using NexLink

By creating a NexLink page you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old, and you are responsible for the content you publish and the links you share.

Acceptable use

You may not use NexLink to distribute malware, phishing pages, illegal content, harassment, or content that infringes another party's intellectual property. We may suspend or remove pages that violate these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you publish. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, cache and serve your page from our edge CDN.

Subscriptions & billing

NexLink Pro is billed monthly or yearly. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future charges and Pro features remain active until the end of the paid period.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but provide the service on an as-is basis without warranty. Planned maintenance is announced on our status page.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the editor before they take effect. Questions: [email protected].
