This policy describes how NexLink (“Nex” on Apple platforms), operated by Stackwares, handles information when you use the editor at app.nexl.ink and published pages at nexl.ink.
Information we collect
When you sign in, we receive account details from Google or Apple, such as your name, email address, and profile photo. We store the pages you create: profile text, links, images you upload, and publish settings including your public address.
If you subscribe, RevenueCat and the App Store or Google Play tell us whether your account is Pro. We do not receive your full payment card number.
How we use it
- To run your account, editor, and published page
- To show your public page at nexl.ink/your-name
- To restore purchases and unlock Pro features
- To understand product use and fix problems
Cookies and analytics
The landing page and published pages use Google Analytics to measure visits. Published pages also send a small signed beacon for page views and link taps so you can see what people open. These tools may set cookies or similar storage in your browser. On a published page, open Cookie Preferences to turn analytics off. You can also block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still load.
Public pages
Anything you publish is public on the internet. Do not publish personal data you are not willing to share. Unpublishing removes the page from our hosting, but copies may remain in caches or other people’s browsers for a while.
Sharing
We use Google Firebase (auth, database, storage, hosting, functions), Google Analytics, and RevenueCat to operate the product. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention and your choices
We keep account and page data while your account exists. You can edit or unpublish your page at any time. To delete your account and stored data, email stackwares+nex@gmail.com.

These terms govern your use of NexLink (“Nex” on Apple platforms), including the editor and pages published at nexl.ink. By creating an account or publishing a page, you agree to them.
The service
NexLink lets you build a personal page and publish it to a public address. Features may change. We may suspend or stop the service with reasonable notice when we can.
Your account
You must sign in with Google or Apple and keep that account secure. You are responsible for activity on your NexLink account. You must be old enough to consent to these terms in your country.
Your content
You own the content you add. You grant Stackwares a license to host, display, and deliver that content so the product can work, including on your public page. You confirm you have the rights to publish what you upload and that it does not violate the law or anyone else’s rights.
Acceptable use
Do not use NexLink to spam, scam, impersonate others, distribute malware, or publish illegal or abusive material. We may unpublish a page or close an account that breaks these rules.
Subscriptions
Pro is sold through the App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat. Prices are shown before you buy. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, Stackwares is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from your use of NexLink.
